StreamersTip Community Guidelines

At StreamersTip, our mission is to empower every streamer and creator to connect, create, and grow in a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.

These Community Guidelines define what is and isn't allowed on our Platform — across all content, live streams, comments, messages, and community interactions. They apply to everyone using StreamersTip, including creators, viewers, brands, and moderators.

We enforce these rules consistently and transparently to protect our community and ensure StreamersTip remains a place for creativity and respect.

1. Our Values

StreamersTip is built around three core values:

  Safety – Protect all users from harm, harassment, and exploitation.

Any behavior or content that violates these values may be removed, and repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

2. Respect and Inclusion

We believe everyone deserves to feel welcome on StreamersTip. Discrimination, hate speech, or targeting individuals or groups is not tolerated.

You may not:

• Post, stream, or share content that attacks or degrades people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or appearance.
• Use slurs, threats, or harmful stereotypes.
• Promote exclusionary or supremacist ideologies.

You may:

• Celebrate identity, culture, and diversity in creative, respectful ways.
• Engage in open discussions without harassment or intimidation.

3. Harassment and Bullying

We prohibit any form of harassment, bullying, or targeted behavior that causes emotional distress or discomfort to others.

Examples of violations include:

• Insulting or humiliating another user.
• Coordinating online attacks or "raids" against creators.
• Sharing private information (doxxing) or screenshots to shame others.
• Mocking personal tragedies, disabilities, or identities.

What we encourage:

• Constructive feedback without hostility.
• Supportive engagement in chats, comments, and discussions.

4. Violence, Threats, and Harm

We take threats, violence, and self-harm content seriously. Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies harm to others or oneself is not allowed.

Not allowed:

• Direct or implied threats of violence.
• Encouraging or participating in dangerous acts, challenges, or stunts.
• Content that encourages suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
• Sharing violent or graphic media (blood, gore, injury footage).

Allowed:

• Newsworthy or educational discussions of violence or recovery, with appropriate context and sensitivity.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please seek professional support. We provide local helpline resources where possible.

5. Sexual Content and Nudity

StreamersTip is not an adult-content platform. We remove sexually explicit material and restrict suggestive content that violates community norms.

You may not:

• Post or stream explicit nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic material.
• Share links or promotions to adult or sexually exploitative content.
• Depict minors in any sexualized context (zero tolerance).

You may:

• Share creative, educational, or artistic content involving the human body that is non-sexual and contextually appropriate.

6. Safety of Minors

Protecting minors is a top priority. Any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or targets minors will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Prohibited:

• Sexualizing minors in any way.
• Posting or sharing private information of minors.
• Encouraging minors to participate in harmful or unsafe activities.
• Messaging minors inappropriately or without parental consent.

If a minor account is detected to be misused, it may be suspended for safety review.

7. Integrity and Authenticity

We value authentic engagement. Using false information or manipulation tactics undermines community trust.

You may not:

• Impersonate other creators, brands, or StreamersTip staff.
• Create fake or misleading profiles.
• Use bots or automation to boost views, followers, or engagement.
• Manipulate platform metrics (e.g., fake tips, follow-for-follow loops).

You may:

• Use parody or fan accounts only if clearly labeled as such in your bio or display name.

8. Intellectual Property

Respect the rights of others. Only share content you have the rights or permission to use.

Not allowed:

• Uploading copyrighted videos, music, or images without permission.
• Reposting other creators' content without proper credit or authorization.
• Using trademarks, logos, or branding deceptively.

Allowed:

• Fair use content such as commentary, critique, or transformative work — as long as it follows copyright law and adds original value.

9. Spam, Scams, and Fraud

To protect creators and viewers, we prohibit spam, scams, and deceptive monetization schemes.

You may not:

• Post misleading links, phishing attempts, or malicious downloads.
• Engage in "follow for follow" or "tip for tip" manipulation.
• Use StreamersTip monetization tools for fraudulent or self-funding activity.
• Impersonate support or staff to solicit money or credentials.

We encourage:

• Transparent collaborations and legitimate sponsorship disclosures.

10. Content Integrity and Misinformation

Creators must not spread false or misleading information that could harm others or the community.

Prohibited:

• Health misinformation (e.g., false medical claims).
• Deepfakes or edited content designed to deceive.
• False claims about individuals or organizations.

Allowed:

• Opinion-based content and satire, clearly marked as such.
• Verified educational and news discussions with credible sourcing.

11. Dangerous or Illegal Activities

We remove and report content that promotes, depicts, or instructs others to engage in illegal or harmful behavior.

Not allowed:

• Weapons, drugs, or substance abuse promotion.
• Instructions for hacking, fraud, or piracy.
• Content promoting theft, vandalism, or terrorism.
• Gambling without appropriate regional licensing.

Creators are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws where they operate.

12. Platform Security and Data Privacy

You may not compromise the integrity or security of StreamersTip's systems or users.

Prohibited:

• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer our platform.
• Sharing others' private or personal information without consent.
• Circumventing security tools, bans, or account verification.

StreamersTip uses advanced security and moderation systems to detect and respond to violations.

13. Enforcement and Appeals

When violations occur, we take action based on severity and intent.

Possible actions include:

• Content removal or warning
• Temporary account restriction
• Permanent suspension or ban
• Reporting to law enforcement (for severe offenses)

14. Reporting Violations

We rely on our community to keep StreamersTip safe. You can:

• Tap "Report" on any video, comment, or user profile.
• Include context when reporting (e.g., screenshots, timestamps).
• Use the in-app Report a Problem option under Help & Feedback.

Our moderation team reviews all reports in accordance with these Guidelines and local laws.

15. Continuous Improvement

We update our Community Guidelines as technology, culture, and laws evolve. When significant updates occur, we'll notify users via email, app notification, or on this page.
