How StreamersTip protects accounts, connected platforms, and Tippy. The full policies are linked below rather than repeated here.

Data encryption

Traffic to StreamersTip uses SSL/TLS encryption in transit. We also use access controls around account data. Tokens for platforms you connect are encrypted before they are stored. No online service is perfectly secure, which our Privacy Policy states directly.

Account security

Sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication. You can add two-factor authentication in account security settings. Keep your password private and sign out of devices you do not control.

OAuth permissions

Connecting Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, or another platform only shares what you authorize in that platform's consent screen. StreamersTip may then store the public channel details and metrics that connection provides, such as channel name, follower count, and stream metrics. We do not receive your platform password.

What Tippy can access

  • Prompts you send, including chat, captions, and content-planning requests.
  • The responses Tippy generates for you.
  • Saved Tippy conversation history in your account, until you delete it.
  • Limited server-side audit excerpts of prompts and responses, kept for safety, abuse prevention, billing, and compliance.

What Tippy cannot access

  • Payment card numbers. Apple, Google, or Stripe process those, and StreamersTip does not store them.
  • A platform you have not connected, or a connection you have removed.
  • Tippy itself, if you decline the in-app consent. Declining avoids AI processing.

Tippy gives creative and growth suggestions. It is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, and you review anything before you publish or act on it.

AI data usage

Tippy prompts are processed on our behalf by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google AI. You can delete saved Tippy chat history in Privacy Settings. Details are in the AI / Tippy Terms.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of content you upload. StreamersTip receives a license to host and display it so the product can run. That license is in the Terms of Service.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from settings, or by email if you cannot sign in. What is removed and what may be retained is explained on the account deletion page.

Platform connection removal

Disconnect Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, X, or LinkedIn from connected platforms. Disconnecting stops StreamersTip from using that connection going forward.

Security reporting

Report a security issue to [email protected]. Include what you found, where you found it, and how to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to look before you publish the details.
