StreamersTip Monetization Terms

These Monetization Terms ("Terms") govern how creators ("you," "your," or "Creator") can earn revenue through StreamersTip ("we," "our," or "us") and its associated services, including the StreamersTip website, mobile app, and any related tools or features (collectively, the "Platform").

By enabling or participating in any monetization features offered by StreamersTip, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To access monetization features, you must meet the following conditions:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or have verified parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Active Account: You must maintain an active, verified StreamersTip account in good standing.
• Compliance: You must follow all applicable laws, tax obligations, and our Platform's rules, including content, community, and conduct standards.
• Account Verification: You may be required to complete identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID, address, or tax information) before payouts are enabled.

StreamersTip reserves the right to approve or deny access to monetization features at its discretion.

2. Payouts and Payment Schedule

• Frequency: Payouts are typically processed monthly, though delays may occur due to transaction verification or third-party payment processor timelines.
• Payment Methods: Payments are currently made through PayPal, Stripe, or other approved processors.
• Minimum Threshold: A minimum balance (e.g., $25 USD) may be required to initiate payout, as disclosed on the Monetization Dashboard.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your payout and tax information are correct and up to date.
• Processor Fees: Payment providers may charge transaction or currency conversion fees. StreamersTip is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Failed or Reversed Payments: If a payout fails due to incorrect information or account closure, the amount will remain pending until corrected. Unclaimed funds after 180 days may be forfeited.

3. Revenue Share and Platform Fees

• Revenue Share: StreamersTip may offer revenue-sharing opportunities (e.g., tips, subscriptions, ad revenue, affiliate sales).
• Specific rates or splits will be displayed on the Monetization or Creator Dashboard.
• Percentages may vary depending on feature type (e.g., tips vs. ad revenue).
• Fees: StreamersTip may deduct reasonable platform fees, transaction costs, or service maintenance fees, which will be clearly disclosed before or during payout setup.
• Adjustments: StreamersTip reserves the right to update fee structures or revenue-sharing percentages, with notice provided via email or dashboard announcements.

4. Prohibited and Fraudulent Activities

Creators must not engage in any monetization behavior that is deceptive, abusive, or violates laws. This includes:

• Self-Funding or Fraud: You may not fund your own tips, subscriptions, or donations through fake accounts, bots, or coordinated manipulation.
• Prohibited Content: You cannot monetize or promote illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful material.
• Spam or Exploitation: You may not exploit system vulnerabilities, run misleading promotions, or misrepresent your affiliation with StreamersTip.
• Chargeback Abuse: Intentionally causing or encouraging chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

Violations of these rules may lead to forfeiture of earnings, suspension, or permanent removal from StreamersTip monetization programs.

5. Taxes and Reporting Obligations

• Creator Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your income earned through StreamersTip.
• Tax Forms: Depending on your location, you may be required to submit relevant tax documentation (e.g., W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent).
• Withholding: StreamersTip may withhold taxes where required by law (e.g., U.S. IRS backup withholding for incomplete W-9 forms).
• Statements: Annual or quarterly earnings summaries may be made available through your Monetization Dashboard.

6. Refunds and Disputes

• User Refunds: StreamersTip may issue refunds to users (e.g., for fraudulent payments or system errors). In such cases, corresponding creator earnings may be adjusted.
• Disputes: If you believe a payout or balance is incorrect, you must contact [email protected] within 30 days of the issue. After that period, earnings are considered final.

7. Termination and Account Changes

StreamersTip reserves the right to suspend or terminate a creator's monetization access if:

• The account violates platform policies or applicable laws;
• Fraud, chargebacks, or suspicious activity are detected;
• The creator requests account deletion or deactivation.

Upon termination, any pending payouts may be forfeited if tied to policy violations or fraudulent activity.

8. Amendments to These Terms

We may update or modify these Monetization Terms periodically.

Changes will take effect upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised. Continued use of monetization features after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
