Terms of Service

The StreamersTip website (streamerstip.com) is available. The iOS app is coming soon. The Android app is coming soon. The Desktop app is in development. Together these are the "Platform." The same account, privacy choices, and legal terms apply across these surfaces as each one launches. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement for StreamersTip, operated by StreamersTip LLC. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Data Practices.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Use must comply with applicable law.

2. The Platform

StreamersTip offers creator tools, including profile cards, video and clip sharing, discovery, guides, calendars, messaging, and events.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). You grant StreamersTip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display User Content to operate and promote the Platform.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights you need, including for audio and music. Content must follow our Community Guidelines and applicable law.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading content you do not have rights to use.
• Harassment, hate, exploitation, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Impersonation, spam, unauthorized commercial use, or attempts to bypass security or disrupt the service.

5. Moderation and intellectual property

We may review, remove, or restrict content, and we may suspend accounts for violations. StreamersTip software, branding, and non-user materials are our property or our licensors'. See the Intellectual Property policy. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Platform.

Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA Policy and Copyright Policy. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.

6. Third-party services

We may link to or connect with services such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Kick. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content. You can remove a platform connection from your account settings.

7. Privacy, cookies, monetization, and Tippy

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Practices. We do not sell personal information. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.

Monetization features are governed by the Monetization Terms. AI features, including Tippy, are described in the AI / Tippy Terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines, or to protect users and the Platform. Termination may result in loss of access to content stored on the Platform.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamersTip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Barrow County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
